currently you get for each resource advantage

Fuel: around 10% more
Munition: 7.5% more
Menpower: 3.75% more

as we can see the most benefit is getting fuel ressource advantages...slightly behind that munitions...and way less benefit to get menpoweradvantage

shouldnt be the advantages used to customize a company where its primary focus lays?

e.g. Tank/vehicle heavy -> fuel , elite Infantry -> munitions, basic stuff but numbers of that -> menpower

currently there is not much reason to get menpower advantages better getting munitions to have 4 full equipped ranger squads or an other commando from oversupply than getting a engie squad more...

=> mp advantages need to be doubled or the other two cut to half

Considering that without manpower you can't buy shit, I don't agree.

different teams need different amounts.

Wher need Munitions, a lot of them, or else more Fuel for P4s and Tigers.
PE need a combination of Fuel and Manpower to an extent.  Not many of their units (except falls) require so much munitions to be invested in them.
Brit also need munitions and Manpower since squads are very costly.
Americans depend on their doctrine for which advantages they get.

my allied company gets 3 pnts into manpower and 2 into ammo... simply because they are the most useful to my build.

my axis gets 2 in fuel and 3 in ammo

It is good as long as the advantages keep the battallions consisting with a majority of infantry/support units instead of a majority of tanks, tanks that should be somewhat rare on a battlefield.

But well for making tanks and many vehicles to operate somewhat good, they need alot of munnitions.

people complaining about elite infantry spam... most "elite" infantry companies have 4-6 squads of these elite infantry... 4-6 units are not really spam when you look onto its own...but it is spam because if you get at guns and tanks there is not much left to get basic stuff

=> these elite units are a high % of a company...

before EiR:R was out we got RB (ressource boni) where we could decide if we spend it onto munitions/fuel/menpower....

but each spend RB (no matter on which ressource type spend) gave 1% more of this ressource...

why now getting munition or fuel is so much better than menpower?

As people have already pointed out, it's really not.
The fuel bonus is practically useless without a manpower bonus to go along with it, unless you can afford cutting into your infantry amounts even further, which with only 8000 MP you generally can't.

Manpower is incredibly viable as it allows you to out attrition your enemies, those few extra units can really make all the difference in a close game.

Axis like fuel advantages since they can get tanks that cost comparatively large amounts of fuel.

With my US company, I'm getting manpower and munitions, I have extra fuel that I don't need.  As Axis, the tanks are the main force supported by infantry, but as allies my infantry are the main force, with tanks coming in to help when needed.
