Well, it's as the topic name says...
When are we gonna have a new and up to date veteran list which includes all the perks of ToV unit vet, and any small changes, plus explanations of any "unique" abilities some get at Vet 3, which are, or arent in yet?
The "Latest" is starting to get a wee bit outdated, and could use a update.
Unless it has been ninja updated, and i'm mistaken, then kindly just post a link to the correct one to look at, and be done with this thread.

btw I have ninja updated it with changes I have seen as they happen.. ie: panthers/tiger ... the TOV ones are listed as well in the thread I thought.

Just wanted to know what was going on with the Vet list, and if it were still reliable.
