Is it possible that in case of a draw, both players getting a "you are defeated" message also reports for both players as "losing" and thus makes the battle not count and report?

Well some players are telling me on TS that their battle didn't report even though it was finished but they both got a "you got defeated message" (-> draw)

Also, in case of a draw, no one gets a 20% experience penalty right?
