I've asked a similar question to this and the best I can offer is "it is supposed to".

Whether or not it actually is at this moment I don't know.  But I've been told that it is their intention to have doctrine abilities function on cross doctrinal reinforcements.

I don't know how much that helps you.

According to the RGDs, NGV affected fireflies and shit, so I don't see why IB/HR shouldn't affect hetzers.

It has a tank chassis, but it really doesn't have a tank gun...

If you guys want to give me a list I can look them up for you.

So far, hetzers do get Heat rounds, but not improved barrels.

Wirblewind is not affected by any wehr doctrine abilities except intensity.

i just looked up all the wehrmacht doctrine abilities that should effect hetzers..

they are all in correctly, so if they aren't in the current one (which i think they should be, then they will be in the next one)
