cool, hopefully my tier4 will actually be fixed now, although nowhere near the screwed up stats we had earlier, the advertised stats would be better than what we have now, i can park vet3 rangers or rifles right next to a object and the zooks miss, i think they like made them worse lol..

Lightning War is pretty useless.. The advantage you get from Lightning War in EiRR is so minuscule comparison to any other Blitz T4. If you really need to come on the field instantly in order to support yourself you might have a bigger problem. And having a unit be faster for the first 60 sec it's on the field is just crap. It usually takes 30-45 sec just to get to the front line of a battle. It's a waste of a T4 slot when you think of what other stuff you have available to you. Making your units stronger, more damaging, increasing their longevity... There's no point in taking Lightning War. Seriously.

There's also a permanent speed bonus to all vehicles. |

No that's new. Lightning War never had a permanent speed bonus, it was always forces arrive immediately and have a speed bonus at the start only.
