I love my double faust putting quads to 5 HP, personaly. Not even 2 first-striking paks can do that ^^.

Not really. Seeing as a first striking pak does 216 damage to HT armor ^^.

The quad gets a seperate armor type, seemingly Smiley.

Please take this as a warning to any such comments now and in the future towards any nationality.

I know Smokaz is not american and is european. I'm just referencing a similarity with a stereotype of certain specific group of people who like to talk a lot even when they have nothing to add to the discussion at hand.

I think people start going out and try using volks w/ fausts enmass and see its effectiveness. People give it too little credit for its cost effectiveness.

For instance, 14 volks w/ fausts (which are 2 uses) is only 420 munitions. That means that at any point in time on the field, u got something which can beat back tanks when coupled with a pak/schreck. At 6 pp total, it isn't hard at all.

Volks are fine, stop whining...

They were definitely OP before (when they could easily crit at green health), but now I never see them crit (and hardly ever see them taken).

Whenever I see a group of Volks (like an MP40 rush), I love to charge my Shermans in and rack up the kills; the Faust just tickles my tanks, and I've never actually been critted.

Also, what does the AV mine do? I've never seen it taken, and heard that it only slows tanks temporarily.

Faust currently cannot destroy a vehicle.   Its critical table at 5% hp is 75% destroy engine and 25% nothing.

Its a minor bug that will be fixed.   I can't remember the last time I used a faust to finish something off.

The AV mine is rape incarnate.  Its the same as the hawkins mine on the M18.   30 munitions, 2 uses, triggers on vehicles.    It slows the vehicle to engine destroyed speeds for like 15 seconds.

Put it in front of a pak, watch the pak solo a sherman.

Honestly though, I do believe wehr has more problems than just volks.
Improved barrels being the number one of them - an Improved barrels vetted P4 outranges a firefly? That's just gay :S.

It doesn't.  50 range at vet 2.

Main problem is blitz P4s are better than armor company shermans, even with upgun.  So either armor company needs a buff or blitz needs a nerf.

Its 7.5 more range with a cmd tank.

Its quite doable, considering panthers have 47.5 range and are faster.   You can kite a panther, its hard, but definately doable.

Well this is getting off-topic, but I'd like to know in what order buffs are given (between vet and doc unlocks).

ie for a P4's range, is it:
40 + 5 = 45, 45 * 1.12 = 50.4
or
40 * 1.12 = 44.8, 44.8 + 5 = 49.8

Same with the AVRE and it's -60 seconds with vet, -25% with a doc unlock.

What about at green/yellow health?

Nothing can destroy a vehicle without taking it down to 5% hp first.
