Lets be honest right now noone wants to attack when theres no point, due to a warmap not being implemented right now, its just a almost guaranteed loss.

I like to attack.
Right now win and lose are pointless, so at least with attack its something different. It also means you get to see some different starting callins than just clowncars all the time.
Defending is fun too, and I think actually harder with my doctrine that attacking in the first place.
Also, certain Doctrines are made for the attack/defend scenario.
I say, remove reinforcements, and make it attack/defend and random, then give a bonus to being the attacker.

If even teams play against eachother defenders will almost always win, atacking may be anoying, but atleast there are less clowncars, anyway I think that noobs should have higher chances to defend.

I have always wandered why they changed it to random. If I wanted to attack, I would play an attack game. Same goes for the other options. What I don't like is not having a choice in what type of game I join. Speaking of choice, wouldn't a kick option in the launcher be a great idea. Or how about map choice made in launcher as well.

Oh and the other thing, back when we had attack/defend we built our companies just for whatever it was, if i knew using R mode id get defend id change my entire core for defending, but i cant since i dont know.

Think that's kind of the point, Stops people making Amazing Defence/Attack builds that unstoppable. Since if you go defensive, and you gotta attack, It mess's up your company. I reckon it works better this way. More fun for starters. Plus, When R+ meant reforcement mode. It was ALL that everyone was playing, which I didn't think the EiR mod wants (Speaking for myself here). Keep how it is TBH

i hated random mode when it was first put in but after playing attack and defend lately i forgot how much fun it is to demolish an axis line or defend against a triple p4 start.
then again, i wish they could add one more mode in....MEETING ENGAGEMENTS!

Attack and defend in random mode is great because it largely solves the problem of people coming up with ridiculous doomforts when they know they'll get to defend. I think the benefit of defending is mainly in morale right now, people usually complain when they get to attack but I take a positive attitude and I succeed on the attack more often than not. A lot of players have too many elite units as well and cannot afford to keep up an offense.
You can still build your company for attack and defence. My main 25 pop callin is for R mode and attack, but I have a backup plan for defending too. Personally I don't want it to change because I want people to be forced to improve their gameplay rather than getting to pick what suits them all the time. People who can't do well on the attack make me cringe when they go first in R mode.

Since when has a long callin timer lost you a game? An example; Tiger is scrambling away and hits repair on RTC, 50second timer for m10, tiger is nearly repaired when uarrive. Where as if u had say a 20second timer u'd be there making him babysit the thing and call it off.

What a load of crap, if i knew i was guna defend id put alot more mgs and mortars in my company then i would rifles, yet id i was guna attack out with the mgs and some mortars in with more rifles. And in real life im sure if they had to defend a place they'd have more machine guns then usual set up and if they were going to attack alot fewer.
