57 at gun 'hold fire'

very excited to see it implemented but found a bug with it. it seems to disappear when you recrew an at gun..tried multiple times last night and every time i recrewed an at gun the hold fire option was gone.

also, doesn't work on Airborne 57mm... but that may be intended, who knows

Probably cause the 'Hold Fire' option is an ability for the ATG crew not the ATG its self.
