I have it as doctrine choice but I do not get one in game (maybe I will try to purchase a second one and see if I can use it...)
Edit: DO NOT BUY SECTOR ARTY, it will crash your client.
Edit2: Was rather frustrating, a lot of EiRR client crashes until I somehow managed to get into the game, then at last I managed to get sector artillery, would be nice if someone could look into it.
