Doctrines Added Defensive Tier 2 Fatherland Fortification - When defending, attackers receive 1 more minute of deployment time. When in R+ & Meeting engagements your opponents receive an extra 30 seconds deployment time.
Royal Canadian Artillery Tier 3 Battalion HQ - Team call-in timers reduced by 33%, Team gains 6/3/2/2 pop
Gameplay Fixes Raid assault no longer gives Raid +6 pop aswell. Raid assault no longer gives 135% x 135% bonus. Fixed logic error that was giving overwhelm to all Blitz players. Fixed US repairs showing up if they dont have On-board mechanics. Fixed Arrival timer bug with Att / Def gametypes. (Wasnt working at all)

Also, Overpower is what Overwhelm+Territory Blitz was. The Territory Blitz was bugged (found by SummerDays - thanks!) and fixed for next patch.

If the doctrine choice doesnt have 'Completed' expect that it may not actually make it in. As for that particular ability, I believe thats the change yeah.

Next full wipe wont be for a wee while. 1-2 weeks after a partial (Doctrine selection) wipe / refund.

^ How many defensive players do you know? I don't think theres that many so I don't see that being MUCH of a problem. Although a 3v3 with the ability to make it 1:30 starting, could be a bit unfair if there isn't spawn protection (to allow them to actually get out of spawn. Plus also, how does this work? Is it a 30 second delay for EVERYONE? or is it only 30 seconds for a certain person? I guess its team thing.
