I don't know if the Devs have thought up of something to fill in that hole yet, but since RCA seems to be focused on a Infantry/Artillery Doctrine It thought It might have at least one Infantry T4.

Superior Marksmanship (Or "Zeroing In" if not creative enough)
Affects Lee Enfield Rifles Only

#1
15% More Accuracy
Medium and Short Range increased by 50% (or 75%)
25% More Damage (To match PE Kar98)

OR

#2
A Lee Enfield Rifle w/ Wher Kar98 Elite stats (With a Reload frequency of 10-10 instead of 5-5)

For #1, The idea here is to make the enemy keep it distance from you as far as possible with the Longer "Medium" and "Short" Range means that the Rifles gets alot more deadly from a much farther distance in which they either the assault troops are force to back off and get pounded by Artillery or get chopped up by more accurate rifle fire.

Now I know that 50% (or 75%) Buff may seem to be alot for even a T4 all you Axis, but remember that it doesn't increase the Max Range of the weapon but rather "Increases" it accuracy the closer you come to them. Tommies will still preform the same if they mindless charged at you except with the extra 15% Accuracy buff which is pretty irrelevant considering how every weapon is very accurate at short range already.

Note that I was trying to keep this unique by not having a straight up buff. I try to make this not OP and I worry this sounds a bit too UP.

#2 Is just a "If-all-else-fails-in-creating-something-unique" approach which will at least make Tommies pretty darn good. Grens already have them as Standard so shouldn't be that overpowered even for a T4.

That would be a pretty bad T4, lee enfield rifle is all around terrible, even at short range.

I know gamesguy, that's why I to add in the #2 proposal just incase (Which I'm not even sure it a good T4 anyways.) #1 Probably needs at least the 75% "M" and "S" range increase to be any notice ability effective OR even a 25% increase damage might do as well.

What wrong with that? It not like it is most Axis buff which simply increase Damage and accuracy as a whole no matter what weapons whether if it a Volks Kar98 or an LMG42. Anyways it just affects Lee-Enfields, but maybe I should extent that to Rifle grenades and Brens guns too.

I really liked the 25pdr AT idea but it's not there anymore.

Well, in that case yeah, I just want to figure away to buff the Lee-Enfield without making it just a boring all around buff.

I wanted to make them alot more deadlier at a further distance without making them OP at Long. The "Medium" and "Short" Range was my way of tackling that problem, so then Lee-Enfield can be deadly without touching Long Range (In which then your arty does the work). Maybe a 25% damage might help to match it has a Panzer Elite Kar98 (Lee-Enfield only does a puny 10 damage a shot)

It wouldn't be possible, plus HE shells don't do much to tanks

Lee einfeld is used in all Recon squads (other 4 players, though marksman has the same stats i think), All Tommy infantry squads (bren and riflenades 3 of the members) and all Sapper squads.

It sucks as a rifle and i dont think a buff will really do anything.  Personally i think Riflenades and PIATs should be buffed heaps, maybe +5 range and +30% accuracy on riflenades and PIATs.  Actually an Area of Effect increase on these would be T4 worthy, making them like the OP inf killing Piats we had before, and making Riflenades actually do damage even if they miss (which is 90% of the time)
