Gives a damage degeneration to enemy infantry around him in a 20'' radius + the g43 slow effect. He also drops a funny blob-defeating assault nade rain.
Basically if this guy accompanies flamers+kch, your allied infantry stands 0% chance against them.
Pop him in a infantry halftrack and then rush up flamers

Yes. 150 munitions seem expensive for a single tier 3 TO considering his offmap doesnt actually kill that much, but used perfectly I am convinced he can almost defend his own cost.
A lot of the Terror T3's have more pimp value than actual minmaxing credibility, like the 4 man KCH. It seems more showy' than actually dangerous. If you want the powergaming T3's, KT + v1 is the way to go.
That said: I've only played like 3 games with him and the range on his offmap is very good. You can decide to use him to just drop his offmap on blobs and then keep him in the back, or have him accompany a epic assault with close range weapons. If he can get in contact with infantry, the slow effect makes it impossible for them to escape.. as a vet hunting tool against infantry, I have not seen anything more deadly
Final judgement will have to be reserved until I see the offmap from the Ami officer, but the TO offmap is definitely a bit puny compared to the Captain FOO.

Believe me, the Ami Officer offmap is in the same range, ultra slow plane from the farthest side of the map comes to shoot 2 rockets.

i dont know what salan did with the TO offmap this patch but its exactly what you need as wehrmacht: a blob stopper
because many ppl here tend to blob their AB or rangers-.-
when i saw the TO offmap the first time i was veryvery happy =)
salan, i really hope u didnt make it too crappy =/ gotta test it

The offmap seems alright. Shame it doesn't show that it's being used. Didn't relise it was going off until I check the mini explosions it was giving off. Seemed ok though, Managed to get 3 kills in one use.
The Slow seems awesome though, and the fact he gets a STG44 as standard. Wonder if he was meant to have that weapon as standard though.
Also, quick questions.

Does that mean the enemy does less damge? I guess so but I just wanted to double check, and does it give any other debuff's?

I saw no indication that I used it. Is it meant to give off Genade style timers, or is it meant to be a silent killer?

Yeah it was weird, aloha used it in a game and i didn't see anything he only told me he dropped it, but i couldn't see red smoke or anything until the fire hit the ground after like 10 seconds.

it shouldn't have been delayed.. all i changed was to have a rocket drop in the middle of the grenades so that it had a reason for the grenades to pop up.

Right, I admit, Im an idiot, so salan can you help me here.
Is there only one "rocket" to the gernades, or does it drop several "groups" of grenades. Since I only saw one, Reason I'm asking because the Arty marker thing seems a bit misleading (the marker is MASSIVE compared to what I saw it actually do)
Since I'm actually baffled by of this offmap works .____.
Also, Is it possible to rename the officer from officer to something else (Terror Officer). Since I want people to know I'm fielding a lump of awesome :3
But nice work guys. Loving the officer
Now if only I had loads of PP so I can sort of my Battlion. Having only Tier 1 Manpower and Muntions is making my battles hard, and being Rank 7 means its hard to get PP to get Advantages. Damn you Rank 5 reset for all companys earlier in the year....

ya he'll be renamed in game next patch..
2 things about the offmap. There is no warning smoke. You need to realize that when complaining about an ability that has minor delay to it. but the way this one works it DOES need to come faster then slower with its lower damage rating then most of them.. its more of a stunner move. I will test it more and see where its at for time to target. also to note the range on this thing is huge compared to most offmaps.

Thank you for that Salan. Wondered why it was doing little damage, makes sense since everything about the Officer seems to be slow ^^
Is it possible to make the Slow range a tad bigger, it seemed that I have to get the officer dangerously close to the enemy to slow which I don't like doing.
Once again thanks for the reply. I felt like I was using him wrong. Makes more sense now though
Also, Any word on what his vet bonus' are? Or is that for us to try and work out?
Edit:-Had a quick go with him just know finally knowing what the offmap does. Without sounding whiney. I believe personally for the amount of damage it does, I think like I think you mean by what you said, Takes a tad to long for it to come down
