Vet SP cost

Are the SP costs for the vet upgrades correct? In the launcher it displays that my rangers' vet upgrade cost is 2 SP to upgrade. But when I click on the icon, it charges me 4 SP. This is also occurring for my Howitzer, it says the upgrade will cost 3 SP when it actually costs 5. Is this intentional?
