General:
All officers have the 'follow squad' ability now.  Defensive officer follows automatically, and has had the range of his supervision extended.

US:
**  T4 Infantry: Cohesion (1.6% health, .08% received suppression per infantry soldier in a 1000 radius) added
**   T3 Infantry: Mobile Cover (Shermans & Halftracks provide cover like bonus's to infantry in surrounding area)  added
*  American Officer Offmap scrapped.
*  American Officer now has a clickable Aura that acts like Inspired Assault.  (this activated ability will not stack with itself, has 10 radius, and lasts 10 seconds.)


CW:
** T1 Engineers:  The Basics (Tommies sections can build sandbags and wire)
*  Commando Sniper squad's health lowered by 10 per man.
*  Commando Spotter can no longer pick up equipment

**  Flanking Maneuvers tweaked to add 20% more sight, 20% less incoming accuracy, and 20% more accuracy, and 80% faster speed while active, will last 1 minute.
**  Flanking Maneuvers can be bought to a max of 5 times at a cost increment of 2.
**  Flanking Maneuvers will effect all CW vehicles.
*  tank shock recharge timer set to 6 minutes, was too powerful with a low recharge.

WM:
**  T1 Defensive: Basic Fortifications (Volksgrenadiers and Pioneers can build trenches) added
**  T1 Blitzkrieg:  Keep It Moving (tanks give a 12% incoming accuracy buff to nearby infantry) added
*  Officer Supervision state has been extended in range
*  Officer no longer upgrades guns with vet.  Lueger tuned to fire like American Officers hand gun.


PE:
*  50mm ATHT 290 Manpower, 80 Muntions, 60 Fuel.
*  50mm ATHT tweaks: Tracking arc adjusted between pak and ATHT. resembles marder
*  50mm ATHT tweaks: Range lowered by 5.
*  50mm ATHT population to 4 (from 3)
*  50mm  ATHT tracking modified to be between pak and ATHT, resembles the Marder cone of fire.
**  50mm ATHT is effected by normal Telescopic sights.
*  50mm ATHT availability changed to 2/2/3
*  50mm ATHT Moving accuracy tweaked to 25% from 50%
*  Vampire is now 2pop for sure!

Salan, after RCA has had a bit of love, any chance we could see some work done to PE SE? I'd really like to see some of the T2 and T3 filled in, possible even a chance to some of the T4 to bring them into line. Next time I see you on vent, and if you have time, I'll give you a shout and share some of my ideas.

What’s the bonus on this one? Light cover is 50% less incoming acc and suppression. It needs to have a low bonus on the suppression modifier or there will be no stopping

Not sure on this one. The luger has 10% chance of instant kill. High rate of fire on the luger will literally be deadly. He could use an accuracy buff though.

actually 80mun and 60 fuel is to much 80fuel was ok but mun costs too now and the nerfs in useability?

i know it is a new unit and wasnt in before but i could make PE less failing because PE is by far the most underpowered faction in EiR...i was shocked playing PE after 100 of easy win brit games  Shocked
