Well im not able to play games because of this..

When I pull up the launcher this morning it says I have 3 files to download..so I download them, (Hotfix V)

I end up pulling launcher up again and it says 2 files to download..so I download them and it goes really fast.. but for some reason I pulled up launcher again a little later and I can still download those 2 files... not sure whats wrong but can I get some help here? not able to play a game because of this..

Can I get a respone from a dev or somebody that knows what to do?
