I dont think its working at all, blitz works conviction doesnt.

wondering if its working

and i read you dont recieve any penalties, what were the penalties and is conviction give faster reload etc. better version of blitz just no penalites, and does it last longer?

I think it gives 2 uses, double duration and no penalty for accuracy.
Well thats what it was in old EiR atleast.

It doesnt last double duration, i can prove that but im not sure about accuracy either.
