Hey guys, we (me and Prydain) are requesting replays that are awesome enough for a shoutcast! This would be our 3rd shoutcast the others are
on vcoh where we just got our bearings!
The match must be a 2v2.
The match must not have excessive lag.
The match must have either none or very little whining.
The match should be awesome in your opinion!
The match shouldn't bee too long about 45mins maximum.
If when you post us a shoutcastable game, could you please post the names of the players, the map, the docterines and a brief write up on the game please.

Perhaps it was the assumption that everyone would post in the 3 minutes between your posts?
You need to give people some more time, as well as wait for the versioning to remain stable. At the moment we are updating nearly everyday, which can make shoutcasting a harder prospect due to the every changing versions of EIR.

Thats true! Guess there is a downside too Salan's hotfixing. I guess we could hold this kinda project off untill its stable and we can grab some more practice on Vcoh games.

Great game, Smokaz + Raio vs Estoc/Ampm + Nevyen on Nuenen. Start with us on the rocks, massive flank on Nevyen's side, lots of fun. ATHTs eat Shermans but succumb to RR's all over. If you're fast enough you could shoutcast the game today/tomorrow, just don't update even if there's an update.
(Or keep the files seperate)

Well me and pry had a bash at the game and i thought it went really well till relic gave me a huge fuck you and crashed my game about half way in, we did video it aswell but i dont think i'm gonna upload half a video at 45gb.... but prydain is gonna upload the sound so i was wondering if you guys could have a listen and maybe give us a few tips maybe even a bit of critisism, pry will have it uploaded in the next 30 mins or so...

No I wont because I am gae and will be drifting all the way to London in a few hours so I can't be arsed and I will not be back until I have shagged someone and lost my keys - Thursday evening sometime. When I get back I will probably chain-smoke and spend all day in the pub; ie the ultimate preparation for a proper shoutcast! |
