yes it fits perfectly into the terror doctrine. not every arty should get fake uses tbh

Justify only terror getting it as an addon, when it's part of the commandoes unique skill set. You gonna give them a KT? :p

Well, fake arty fits well into Terror's theme, but a KT doesn't fit well into Commando's theme.
Besides, this would make the V1 a little more effective, which it'd need to be on par with other T3s.

Why is everyone saying "oh noes this is a buff"

1. V1 never hits anything and its a T3.
2. All it does is panic your enemy if you removed all the damage from the v1 in a random patch nobody would notice since it sucks and almost noone uses em except to scare the enemy- so why not just give them some bloody DUDs.

TBH, adding a second fake V1 would just double it's effectiveness: both would scare the enemy a bit, and neither would actually kill anything. Tongue
