RRs are the only thing worth buying Skirts for; Zooks are only a problem if they have TR or are spammed (rare), PIATs are hardly affected. But the amount/effective of RRs mean they you've got to do everything you possibly can (which includes Skirts) to even have a chance against them. |

Yeah, honestly, what is 10% when the hits coming in are 187 each, it still takes less than 4. In the case of RRs, it may take one less over-all, but how often does it come down to an exact tally like that... tanks are usually have like 43 health and the last AT round wastes 107 damage or whatever. |
