is is possable to get something along the lines of vote kick in the client lobby? some people to go afk for waaaaay to long, most time without warning or notice.

How would it be abused?  Kicking is a feature that all online games have.  I don't see why EIR shouldn't.

In any MORPG there are not any kick button,
you should not be able to kick lower / higher people to make you are guaranteed win.

You should be able to make password server, but no way people should be able to kick other people, it just don't work out

because there arent enough players on eir compared to all the other online games, host could just kick till its stacked on his side.

Having passworded games wont prevent people being AFK for 40 min, or bombing a game.
