Don't knock it til uve tried it bitchface, this isn't anything like salads version. Besides u said a semois conversion would never work, now look that's the most played map, ohgodwhy.jpg r u map lead

if its something like freeze enemy units in that area for 30 seconds, its fine. T3

I believe it it decreases the units their accuracy by a large amount for a short duration, perfect anti-blob weapon.

make it a small area use of say... push the button and make all units in the small area automatically retreat like scared little kittys.

or, if that seems too OP, make it to where it makes the effected area units at least retreat to the spawn point...

This needs fixing, it effects the own players troops aswell which makes it lackluster and in some cases useless.
Also as a little suggestion I'd say change the way it works entirely.
Make it like the Prop in vCoH - you select a group of units and then they will get debuffed by it for some time.

Doesn't propaganda make the enemies retreat to HQ in vCoH?

I dont mean the way it works in vcoh, just the style of it effecting troops.

my teammate used it in a game, it slowed down 3 allied tanks and 2 axis tanks. my tank couldnt shoot anymore. it couldnt use attack ground too. i used repair on the p4 to get it back to full health, didnt work.

2 Problems with it right now:

#1.Looks like the range debuff will stay forever.
#2.It affects your own units and friendly ones aswell.

I know that Salan originally coded it in so it effects your and your friends units on purpose.

But the question is why, it's a T3 that shouldn't handicap yourself during one of those countless times you get rushed.

The way I understand it is that its supposed to be used when you get attacked by a big force.
But when you use it, you debuff not only your enemy, but yourself aswell so its basically no benefit at all. If you try to pop it when you are not in combat the enemy just walks away and its rendered useless.
