Ok, according to my understanding, in the battalion tab, the in supply numbers are supposed to increase as you buy units, untill it's filled, then the "in reserve" pool begins to fill up.

Well in my launcher, only the "support" and "vehicles" pool seem to be filling up, and the infantry and armor pools still say that they are "0/28" or "0/10", but i still get charged PP for some extra units.

Its hard to know if im going over, and have to play with the units untill i get the right combination.

Im assuming this is a bug.

they go down from 28/28 to 0/28. and then -10/28

if the reserve goes below 0/10 then you pay.

they go down, not up.  they start filled and as you buy things they subtract.
