Hey can anyone tell me if the British Grit, Who Dares Winz, and inspired assault abilities effect Recon tommies?

What does Inspired Assault do again... and thanks..

Inspired assault basically makes your units have insane DPS while taking insane recieved accuracy in return for a short duration.

Best used on AT infantry when fighting tanks, and when in cover.
The modifiers :

Cooldown 0.6
Reload 0.5
Rec. Acc. 1.5
Damage 1.2

The modifiers for improved IA(ferocity) :

Cooldown 0.4
Reload 0.25
Recieved Acc 1.25
Damage 1.3
