Rifle Assault Squads

Rifle Assault Squads (riflemen with flamers, competition exclusive units) currently cannot capture territory. I know only like 2 people have them but still if it is possible can you quickly change it so they can capture territory?? There's no reason why they shouldn't.

And thus i have revealed my secret army and their weakness.

Competition Reward units are given on a AS IS basis.

The good axis players see them and go "ooh look, something unique to kill", and they focus everything they got on em.
