Aren't they the same as the LATHTs vet tables?  Idk I could be wrong.

Imo everything is worth vetting up.  Vetted units are just so much prettier

Meh okay found it, it looks really good but the benefits dont really show in game i've got 2 vet 2's, the rcv dmg modifer is probably the best.

Vet 1 Rcv Dmg 0.85, Spd 1.1
Vet 2 Pen 1.15, Rcv Acc 0.85
Vet 3 Pen 1.15, Dmg 1.25

I bet at vet 3 it penetrates everything.
