It does not work on sjrek stormies.  I swear it fires slower almost everytime.  IT works on vehicles , but the shrecks i swear fire slower when its activated...

Blitzkrieg doesn't improve the fire-rate of infantry. It only improves their movement rate, incoming accuracy and incoming suppression. No ROF buffs, I'm afraid.
It's great for making shrek storms sprint under cloak, however .

Unless changed from vcoh, blitz should give a 25% cooldown buff.

I thought that was only for tanks and infantry only gets a speed bonus.

Cohstats seems to think it affects infantry, at least. Someone will have to check the RGDs of the EIRR files..

i still swear they fire slower.  Everytime i Pop blitz they trickle out shrecks liek the end of a really long piss.  I shake them but they don;t work it seems.

As Draken said, we need a replay to see exactly whats going wrong here, so I'm locking this for the time being. If any of you have a replay of this behavior please send it to me or Draken and I'll reopen this thread.
