there's nothing broken about them, all they did was change the vet 1 rcd dmg on most things to rcd acc mainly on the infantry.

so that it affects tank fire but inf are now more in the probability engine..... interesting.

alll inf had rcd acc and rcd dmg swapped between vet 1 and 2, all tanks kept their rcd dmg at vet 1 but the m10, shermans get more accel at vet 2 i think (not looking at it). So its not broken lol it's actually fixed.

a a lot of stuff have messed up icons, the Terror officer, the health bars on all ami vehicles
