I would be willing to take an hour or so out of my night to sit in vent with one of our map makers, to listen to him go through the basics of World builder, and how to construct maps.
Ive tried looking through the tutorials, and this is really something that I cannot teach myself to do.
Would be nice if we could get something like this going. Set up a GMT time and have a little map building seminar so we all can do it.

Puddin' spamtmi cant really blame smokaz i mean playing against puddin is like trying to fight off breast cancer. You might win and do it and be a bad ass but you'll feel sick and mutilated forever.
Puddin' spamtm is soulcrushing... what's hard to understand about that?

If I'm available, I'm in. There are some Close Combat 4 maps that I'd love to "convert". I do talk to Garnier a lot (6p_Schijndel, 2p_Alencon) so I can figure it out, but if you're running through the basics I'd love to listen in.

I can probably listen in on the weekends but I'm usually pretty busy at the starting and ending of each week.

if you guys do this, could you post it? I would be happy to get some map making information, while I know some of the basics, I still have trouble with some other stuff, also properly using some of them to look nice etc.
Problem is tutorials don't explain everything, and even with tutorials you usually still have some tricks which are overlooked.

I actually buckled down and taught myself basic mapmaking, which is what I wanted to know in the first place.
I found some really nice tutorial videos from i think lolto and ill see if i can post em up.
