The RCA ability lit up screws with the snipers ability to run once he has been marked, it also stops him from cloaking.

Ah, but its a area of affect right? So you should be able to escape the area of effect, unless theres also a slow effect tied to it as well? Certainly needs changing if it slows the units in the area down as well.

Yes, and then I was unable to run even when I clicked uncloak/cloak several times.

I have contemplated choosing this Doctrine ability but what are some of the draw backs ? how heavily does it effect creeping barrage and the normal barrage? how much of a margin of difference is there with or with out the flare? besides revealing snipers which is nice i did not know about that Grin

what else is this good for accuracy bonuses etc?
