Anytime i tried to use any form of glider troop i always lost the glider on landing to a pak someone forgot to move from the spawn. I think i lost 30 vet 3 commando squads during one of the patches because i used them as Reinforcements in my AB company. i eventually started calling them on with jeeps so they would walk.

And Myst, i thought Tanks only got dumb on the Terrain feature glider wrecks? Don't they crush through the actual gliders?

They get dumb in the sense that the glider wreck is counted as much larger than it actually is, resulting in the mouse "clicking" on the glider when it's 10 metres away or so. Really screws it up, and ESPECIALLY for light vehicles.

The terrain feature glider wrecks are fine - you just can't shoot through them. Ohh good times when I killed someone's vet 3 panther by making it chase my vet 3 cali round the glider wreck in south RTC... Goodtimes...

people tend to use Gliders in attempt to crash buildings...gliders still do damage to buildings and survive the impact with a slither of health
