Great idea, 1 panther against 4 crocs. 3600 hp of churchill armor vs 700ish of panther. I mean the panther can just roll in there against the 6 pounder guns and own everything, right?

Panther penetration of Churchill at max range : 75%. Damage - 137.5
Churchill 6 pdr penetration of panther at max range : 11%. Damage - 87.5. If with skirts - 78.75.
Considering the panther is actually being microed (and with the panther costing 15 pop, adding a bike to scout with isn't really that hard considering the enemy is using 48 pop in Churchills) it shouldn't even get shot once by the crocodiles. And even in the case of a short range engagement - the panther penetrates all the time, Churchills only 13 percent of the time. I gotta say - the panther stands an almost 100 percent chance of winning. But hey, if you prefer, keep sending geschutzwaggens at them. I'm sure that losing them in 3 shots to the Churchills is far better than deflecting 89 percent of the shots.
