I made this map about a year ago, it's a large 3v3.
Have a look and let me know if you want to include it.

I recommend clicking on the magnifying glass whithin image shack to get a better idea of the detail I put into this map

I'm pulling my hair out trying to get the loading picture and map slots picture to work, I've read what I could find about how to get them to work but no luck. Any help would be appreciated!!!

One more thing set the player starting positions to FIXED as the axis base is designed to be the axis base and same for the allies side.

Graphic wise it looks fantastic, would need a map overview image to determine its compatability though!
(And a download link Smiley)

^ What he said.

Awesome details, everything looks so fitting, nice atmosphere you got there. But we need an overview shot to see if it fits into EiR gameplay, some changes and we have an awesome new map Cheesy

Good job man!

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

Overview is up. If your worried about the river, there are about six waist deep crossings.
I'm willing to make any adjustments to the map as needed to fit the mod.

I'll have a download link for you guys within the hour!

It looks huge but it's definitely an interesting layout.
Once you put up a download link I'll check it out in the worldbuilder, then I can provide you with some more in-depth input.

From what I can gather it may need to go 4vs4 and/or spawn points should probably be spread across the width of the map rather than being stuck in a corner. It most likely will also need resectoring.

WOW!

That map could easily be a 6v6, i mean you could make 2 3v3 maps out of that, and so much detail!

I fear that it might be even too big for a 4v4. I think you really will have to make two maps out of that Tongue

If it works as a 3vs3 in vCOH I'm sure it can work as a 4vs4 in EIR

Isn't that what you said about Sword Beach, the *8vs8 still not enough players* map?

it looks very pretty.

My fear is that river will give the southern team an advantage.
Push the north to the river and block off the right land sectors, makes a natural barrier that the south can defend and would be hell to get back once you've been pushed to teh other side.

Of course I cant make any solid observations untill ive played it, so we should this should deff. get some play time soon.

I'll throw it in the .module so users can download it and give it some spins, will probably need resectoring first.
(Bigger & less sectors, more square like sectors, grid-like sector system, etc )

The SGA files are up and ready for download, see first post.

I put up a 2v2 up as well for the lower end pc users, as there is an extreme amount of detail.

The 3v3 runs great on my pc even with large battles going on.

About the water, I could make the entire river only knee deep and passable. That's the easy fix, but if we find it to be a problem it would take some work to remove it and have everything look right. Like I said I'm willing to modify it to fit the mod.

I'm not sure if this is a problem either but I designed the map to be played with fixed starting positions. It will look funny if the allies start on the concrete themed side or the axis on the wood/trenched/guard tower side.

Let me know what you guys think.

make that the load screen, but add a river battle there, or just a tank sitting guard. needs better lighting though, maybe early dawn or a storm for the load screen.
