I've been thinking about going around the net and stuff and trying to find maps that would fit the EIR style of game-play.  So the question is, if the map isn't in a mod and therefore "intellectual property"  by terms of just being polite to the mod maker, and is out on say, CoH Files, so I have to ask the map maker if I can use his map in our mod? And if not, should I? And lastly, if I can't figure out how to edit the sectors, is there anyone willing to help me out?

Personally I wouldn't bother with vCOH maps, they're just not worth the hassle to convert to EIR and very few of them actually make out to be good EIR maps.

well i know but you can't fault me for trying right? I've found some good ones in the past and there are a few maps for  " Blitzkrieg" that I know would make good maps for eir. I'm going to for sure look up some 4v4 maps and 2v2's mostly, those are what we need for sure.

Ye, more maps are definitely needed. I think the general consensus is that open maps are preferred, such as Tanteville, with room for manoeuvre and flanking actions, so look for those kind of maps.

I am, it's kinda difficult. I found a real nice one, operation market garden and the sectors are already good but one major issue is the fact that it has these walls all through it that aren't crush able by tanks and it makes moving around really hard so i have to skip that.

not that familiar with world builder, i can try but we'll see how it looks. I found a real nice 3v3 map i think would work very well and the sectors already seem to be in good position i'd love to test it with someone later today. going to try and play through a few more b4 i gotta go.

Personally with the time RTC 4v4 and 2v2_Circus has been taking to make, I think unkn0wn is swamped in work.

why not leave rtc the same size, but have a 8 callin points? that would be awesome and just be mass murder lul in an enclosed space.

 Plus add another road through the map with red cover of course, and a small hedge forest that can only be entered from your spawn so you can put a 105 there.

If Iggi didn't dissapear we would've actually had 2 new maps in the launcher.
(His/Ampms Mountain Valley and my new 2vs2 snow map)
