Well lets call it an expansion, that was brought from HOI fans to HOI fans. And it is basicaly HOI with a lot of steroids.

IN THE NAME OF GOD BEGON YOU TROLL... IMO HOI is the best game ever and in fact I play it for more than 4 years or so and it havent get bored to not for a single second... and yes I know I have problems with the addiction.
