2 questions

I have two questions about the doctrines.

When is Artillery Experts ready for the defensive doctrine?

and

I really want to be able to repick doctrine choices...will this be possible?

Artillery experts is actually ready now. I just haven't updated any of the descriptions on the launcher. Ill be doing it tomorrow if I have time.

Deselection of abilities will probably get looked at after the doctrines are finished, they are highest priority at the moment.
