Experienced loaders seems not to appear about half of the time on the abilities bar once in the game. Gets annoying.

I did. 33% quicker rate of fire can be useful in tight situation. That's the theory, anyway. Didn't use it much. |

Yeah I've used it too on my Shermans and they didn't seem to shoot as fast as I wanted them to shoot. I don't know if it was a bug or just my perception.
