Concerning Panzer Aces, does the 20% increased turret speed stack on top of the Tiger's commander +20% turret speed?

Am i right in thinking that Blitz T4 Heat Rounds +25% damage is a recharge ability vs a permanent buff to the tank & if so is that really comparable to the permant T4 buff of tanks reapers  +33% Penatration, +25% Accuracy & + 20% Damage to their various equipment items.

If so (and i do appreciate its to early to make statements of up/op without testing), but at first glance it does seem a much weaker T4 than it used to be, whilst Tank reapers is as strong as ever.

I think the +25% damage should be permanent buff vs just another button to press as i desparatly retreat micro my Tiger away from OP Tank Reaper ATGs Smiley

I agree with Wolster - if they are in fact temporary, then it's not worth buying.

old heat rounds were 25% dmg AND 15% more penetration  ,  new ones are only dmg

My bad, missed that parts. It should indeed be permanent for a real T4.

Good call. TR should be activate ability ATGs and zooks. Stickies can be permanent for all anyone cares really

Ehm, it would be 2 shotted then probably, because with the standard tank reapers panthers get 3 shotted already Tongue

Man I hope they aren't on cooldown, the top was suppose to be passive, not mass timed abilities I thought?  And if that's the case, it seems to be almost like the AP rounds ability in the bottom tree and you'd have to cycle a bunch of battle advantages to get an advantage, meh.

Anyway, if that is true, will Rifle Training be more appealing because that will be a 24/7 passive buff then? Or will that also be 'timed' too?
