Infantry Doctrine: Offensive Operations bug

As the topic says, the tier 1 offensive operations doesnt yield any effect ingame. Atleast it didnt halve the deploy time on attack, nor give -30s on R+ mode.

Whermacht Defensive Tier 2 Fatherland Fortification doesn't seem to have any effect as well.

(Since the doctrine ability's are so similar I decided to post in this thread rather than make a brand new one)

Deployment timers will be fixed in the next patch.
The doctrine selections arent matched up right.
