Account Issues

I decided yesterday that I wanted to give this a try. However, I set up my company without really paying a lot of attention to what I was doing. So I decided to delete the account and recreate. However, it looks like it didn't wipe the record of my Relic Online ID from the system, so I can't recreate with the same ID. If someone could clear the record of my RO id I would appreciate it. It is SlipperyMind, same as my forum name. Thanks alot.

Ah, we didn't plan for the eventuality that someone would remove their forum profile

I'll go fix this for you.

Just so you know, there is an option to remove just your War profile in the War Control Panel.

Edit: Should be ok now.

I just did the same thing (didn't understand CP buying screen and ended up deleting all my abilities, what is the point of being able to uncheck if you get nothing?). Didn't see war control option to reset. Getting "This Profile name is already in use".

Hmmm... deleting profile shouldn't delete the forum profile should it? All I know is every wipe I keep my forum profile but can remake my battalion.

Yeah, if you remove your War Control Profile you don't lose your forum profile.

If you remove your forum profile, you lose your War Control Profile, but your Relic Online name stays locked.
