Thats a bug, we should prob. add in modifiers to prevent this while repairing.

It happens with all vehicles if i remember. It has m8 armor which i think is .80 acc when standing still and .75 when moving so it'll happen.

Personally I'm already an armour player without a single light vehicle in my company except jeeps and some HTs. It's just not my playstyle, so I've geared my company towards medium armour.
