Overall view of Europe in Ruins factions: PE still needs tweaking as they fail in areas that the other 3 take for granted (support teams). Some doctrines make me scratch my head... Other then minor issues really, it greatly extended the life of COH for me!!

Overall view of Europe in Ruins factions: There are uneven doc abilities. Some are worth their Tier, some aren't, some T3's are better than the 4, some t1's are better than other t2's and even some T3's. I think a lot could be improved upon there's tons of potential but all in all, I think it's a lot more balanced and fun than it used to be.

Overall view of Europe in Ruins factions: The artillery saturation off-map for the Infantry doctrine needs to be nerfed due to the fact that it takes up half of the map and requires no captured territory at all.
Panzer Elite needs their ACs to not be penetrated he by small arms fire. I do not know why the devs changed that. Before the wipe and new doctrines the PE ACs could be penetrated by small arms fire. IHTs used to die from 3 AT gun hits now they die from 2, but that specific issue is not that big of a deal.....still, wtf?
As long as Terror and Airborne are not ridiculously OP like they were in the previous doctrines, EVERYTHING ELSE IS PERFECT!
Nothing wrong with Brits though. Stags are fine regardless of the naysayers.

Overall view of Europe in Ruins factions: Slightly favorable towards allies (airborne rrs, assault engineers, rangers, t17, sherman upgun). Axis have better support weapons, pe is fine, brits are fine. I believe that EIR shouldn't provide such a surplus of munitions, that way we see more vanilla infantry instead of every rifle with a bar or every volks with an mp40. This change would make munitions advantages much more precious.

PE needs buffing as it is right now the underdog (imo a weaker variant of mg42 , and an uncloakable pak would solve alot of issues)

Overall view of Europe in Ruins factions: No real imbalance between entire factions, just certain units, abilities, doctrines, etc.
I hate artillery, and feel it's really bringing this mod down (even in its current state); anything larger than a Nebel is just no fun to play against and requires no skill to use.
PE vehicles could be made just slightly less paper-thin.
Light vehicles are still a problem, albeit less so than before.

Overall view of Europe in Ruins factions: They are good. putting in Brit support weapons PE 50mm are very great additions to gameplay and were wise choices. There are some fun Doctrines choices to be picked. but some just dont fit into the EIRR Meta game eg. Armored company. Some doctrines dont include much needed Doctrines aswell. Eg. Tank Hunters Hetzer rotation does not get speeded up till a T4. Some Doctrine discrepancy is also to be seen. While some T4's you have to use it as a cool down eg HEAT. AP ROUNDS. Some T4's you dont e.g Tank Hunters and APCR rounds. Things to be fixed in later stages i am sure though.

Overall view of Europe in Ruins factions: Too hard to tell with only 6 doctrines released. Pretty much US > Wehr > Brits > PE but that hasnt changed in months.

Both Inf. and armor doctrines are awesome in terms of power and are only equaled by blitz. Def. doctrine is a finesse doctrine and is only as good as the player using it. Brits and PE got some stuff going for them but still rate lower on my scale.

Overall view of Europe in Ruins factions: I think the current Meta-game is one of the hardest I've seen yet.  I feel that the current version is very unforgiving - and a minor slip-up can be very costly.  I also think the unit meta has become the strongest paper-scissors-rock setup I've seen as-well.
