Build speed for vet eng

Build speed for veted eng
Why not?
for example +10% for each level

Build Speed is a global thing and cant be increased for a specific unit.

Are you sure? Infantry company has a doctrine unlock that gives them -10% build time.

Engies used to get build speed in vet in old eir or was that sometheing they tried to do but posted anyay

It used to be a repair speed increase but that's gone now anyway.
