Heh, splats should be in the map but in certain scenarios it is hard to 'spam' them. There will be a minimum standard of quality I am sure. If Unkn0wn makes a splat quota, he'll be the one meeting it  |

Updated all the stickies, will work towards updating the database even more very shortly.
Will also update the thread in "new & downloads" section soon.
