How do people go about making those cool battle scenes in the loading screen? Do i actually have to play a game on it or can i do it in world builder?

How do i get roads to act like roads? Right now they dont give a speed buff or negative cover?

And i have multiple spawns in 1 sector (changed the map to a 6/8p map), will that actually mean anything in eir?

Only certain road splines act as actual roads.
(Rural highway comes to mind)

k Sad And the big mansion building in the centre acts like the one on that 4v4 vcoh map, where you can take control of it and build units, anyway for me to make it not do that?

If it does that in EIR as well, you'll need to use a different building.
There should be 2 versions of it, one that has that (sp_) and one that doesn't.

Played first 3v3 on it:

Some sectors need fixing.
Grey box needs removed.
Music needs added.
Make smaller or turn into 4v4 only.
House needs moved.
Jagdtiger wreck needs removed.

Other guys come post to add to my list.

How do i add music and have preset weathers? I tried what lolto said in his vid but corsix doesnt work and he didnt mention about music.

And if i really need corsix could someone upload the generic music and a rain weather preset and a sunny one so i can just use them Smiley

for music:

go to scenario -> scenario propeties. paste in the music box: sound/music/genericmissionmusic.bsc


for weather you need a [yourmapname].options file where all your other map files are too. (open notepad, type text in bottom here and save as .options)

the abbevile .options for instance, looks like this:

atmospheres =
{
   { 62002, "m12_lightning.APS" },
   { 62018, "mp_lowlands_stormy_00.APS" },
   { 62013, "mp_8p_best_hazy_00.aps" },
}

----------------------------------------------------------------------

the numbers 62002 etc show if it must say stormy, midday or sunny in the game lobby. you can find which one is which here:

it also explains how to use crosix to add weather i think.

and one problem you might have with crosix why it doesnt work is that you try to load the reliccoh.module that doesnt work for me either, just load europeinruins.module and follow the rest of the steps.
