It's no coincidence that Europe In Ruins was mentioned today on both PC Games and PC Action, two German-based magazine websites as we are still scheduled to be mentioned in the upcoming PC Games issue street dated August 29th.  I'm not sure whether the text in the magazine will be different than the online articles.  You can view the articles (in German) at the following links: PC Games  PC Action

Here is Google's translated version, although it doesn't make much sense:

One is the company OF Heroes modification Europe in ruin definitely not: To understand easily. We try nevertheless to bring you the noble piece more near. With Europe in ruin initiate you multi-player battles for CoH on the web page of the same name. There you register and develop yourselves as in a Browserspiel an army. They buy units, equip these, distribute points for special abilities and distribute the units into your Squads. Then you enter over the web page into multi-player engagements already existing or provide even battles, which open you for other players. The actual portions are then delivered however “completely normally” in the multi-player mode by company OF Heroes. In addition the actual Mod file transmits the play data provided on the web page www.europeinruins.com to the participants and the portion begins. Subsequently, the results are sent, evaluated the homepage and published in Ranking lists. Up-to-date the version 1.7 is available for the Download. However the Macher files it at the modification and in regular intervals updates is constantly made. If you want to try Europe out in ruin, you should have the two detailed video Tutorials to mind lead yourselves, which stand on the web page ready good English Sprachkenntnisse and as the first.
