How do you know the T3 is not working?

im talking about the -25% from manpacked AT , they take same dmg as without it


and t4 gives vet 1 , well i bought and had no vet ,  forgot to check the 20% speed on tanks though

'Units start at vet 1' will be implemented later on, EIRRmod needs to make it work in the launcher.

The speed definitely works. Tank awareness does not. Vet 1 does not work and I'm almost certain the T3 doesn't work either

the wehr small arms penetration seems to not work also , the hts and acs get raped by rifles bars etc

It definately works, the fact that ACs now take two hits to die confirms it.

wait, armored car can take 2 hits from what ?

ATGs.  Improved plating switches ACs and some other HTs to a different armor type.  Last patch ATGs still got the 1.5x dmg bonus against that armor type and was one shotting ACs, now they don't, which means the armor type switch ability works.

Which means the damage reduction against infantry AT also works.
