Cut off from the forums

I can't access any of my forum profiles from my regular IP. I had to smurf through hidemyass.com to log in. Can any of the mods/forum techs please look at whether or not I am experiencing a IP log from fail login or something? I keep getting "you have used up your login chances today, screw you" type of message on this account and others.
