howi has a buff, its the t3, and some people do use the locked and loaded..
and do give me that crap about not seeing alot of hummels, nebs etc.. plenty of games, esp 3v3 i see multiple nebs, stukas.. had a 4v4 other night with 4 hummels for gods sake.

Its not like its the only doctrine buffing their onmaps.
Defensive gets Ready rounds (t2) -15 sec cooldown. Artillery Experts (t3) 50+ damage. And they gain the 88 barrage (it sucks).
fuck i dont care if the artillery is limited to one. But i do want to be able to specialize and get some super hardcore onmaps.

I use Locked and Loaded but I wouldn't mind a change to howi buff.

firing 3 more shells in 1/4th of the time and being able to build it in 1/4th of the time isn't a buff? thats pretty dang good.
plus, the infantry doctrine is lets see...an Infantry doctrine, its supposed to buff infantry. Armor doesn't get buffs to the callie except the gun and a -10% recharge. Only defensive atm gets nebel buffs. Theres no 25 pdr buff yet for british.
