so, the original supervision was removed from affecting tanks but the aura can? isn't that a bit more dangerous though as if the're close enough it can affect more than one tank?

The targeted ability affects tanks now doesn't it? I have not used him in a good many patches but I was pretty sure he was able to use it on tanks like a year ago

yeh it could about a year ago and until recently but now it can only select infantry and support weapons i assumed this was intentional.

It was intentionally removed from vehicles, but left on all other troops.
It's good that it affects vehicles, though, or else it'd be pretty crap.

The targeted one gives +10% damage and +25% accuracy (IIRC, I could be totally wrong). The aura T3 is actually nerfed to only give +10% to each (again, IIRC).

20% damage and 25% accuracy, damage is toned down to 10% with Senior Officers.
