Terror Doctrine:

Waffen SS infantry (uncloakable stormtroopers) with fire up ability.
Upgrades: single LMG, single Shrek, 4 mp40s, axis grenade

For the Luftwaffe doctrine:
Plane reserves:
Unlockable on Level 9
Can call bombing run and strafing run from some Fw190s.
Battle advantages. Maximum: 2 uses
AT fallschirmjagers:
Unlockable on Level 9
Fallschirmjagers can buy a panzershreck instead of 4 fg42s for 130 munitions.

The last few days i have been working on a new building for the axis.
and it is finally done! The Propaganda tower:


The Propaganda tower is a doctrine unlock for terror. it can be build by a pioneer squad in friendly territory. costs are munitions.
The tower comes with an ability that will crush the morale of any enemy infantry that comes near it. the ability shows an animation + a random axis propaganda voice when activated(enemy hears voice too). The ability currently lasts for a minute, and in that time an iron cross will stay visible around the tower. also, any affected infantry will glow red. when infantry exit the aura or the tower is destroyed they turn normal again.
enemy infantry will be easier to suppress during the time of the ability. their rate of fire is also lowered slightly.
when the ability is over, it can be reactivated once recharged.
building two towers and then activating both at the same time wont stack the modifiers. it will be the same as one activated tower. it might be better if the tower costs population too.

the only things left that needs to be finished at it are:
a building image (currently you see purple)
description change. i wrote something down really fast, it doesnt look that good i think. ofcourse the description can also just be left blank.

For Scorched Earth

Would it be possible to have a flamepanzer III instead of the support scout car ? Because this will turn this doctrin a bit more into the fire . You could use the Pz 4 skin with a short gun, which send fire onto the ennemies.

A bit late but how about Luftwaffe doctrinal unlock called "Firebrigade" that gives an Accuracy percentage increase for Fallschrimjagers in Infantry HTs?

To replace the T2 Mobile Ambulance for Terror that I think failsssssss

Here's my idea)

T2: Fanatic Zeal
Volks, grens, and KCH can purchase Fanatical Assault ability for 30, 40, and 40mu respectively
For 20s, the squad gains life back equal to 60% of the damage it deals in combat (120s recharge)

Undead - you should honestly rethink that suggestion.
Do you imagine what exactly would be capable of stopping a charging 4-man KCH squad at short range when it's dealing 77.76 DPS and healing itself by 46.57 health per second? An entire ranger squad with thompsons (2 garands 4 thompsons) has a combined DPS of 72.064.
This is EXCLUDING the damage and accuracy modifiers the rangers would get vs KCH.

I'm also ignoring the possible use of regular medikits and pervitin pills.
